The hotel of choice in Pigeon Forge. Fairly clean place with amiable and polite staff and magnificent view of the town. Favourable and easy spot right by Pigeon Forge and the centre and restaurants.

The breakfast options could use some improvement, as there were limited choices available. It's a nice spot for families due to the close proximity to attractions.

sufficient breakfast with coffee, muffins, toast etc. fitness center? = room with 3! fitness equipment. parking lots were all around the house, okay. location of the hotel is central, even if in second row, this keeps the traffic noise away. supermarket right next door.
we had booked for 5 persons, fifth bed was a folding couch, had to be set up by ourselves. lighting in the room was almost unsuitable for reading, something more would be useful here.

The area was great for the places we were going to visit. The children enjoyed the pools and game room. We also made use of and enjoyed the breakfast items.

The warm and inviting decor instantly made me feel at home, and the spacious common areas provided ample seating, making it easy for seniors like myself to relax and enjoy the friendly atmosphere.
More comfortable seating options in common areas needed.

I was apprehensive about booking a room in a hotel I had never heard of, especially on the internet. When we arrived at the hotel, checked in and went to our room, I knew we had not made a mistake. Park Grove is now at the top of my list when it comes to places to stay. The staff was very nice and the hotel was very clean. Furnishings were comfortable and up to date. It was a very suited to a family stay. We are already talking about returning to Pigeon Forge next summer and I know exactly where we want to stay --- Park Grove inn.
Only had one disappointment. The website stated the continental breakfast had a waffle maker but they only had frozen waffles.

The staff at the hotel was some of the nicest we've seen in the hospitality industry! We received a warm welcome and a smile whenever we passed by the front desk. How refreshing!

Location's prime, right across from the Island-got easy access to attractions. The balcony view offers a peaceful spot to enjoy a morning coffee or watch the sunset.
Not the cleanest spot-a few handprints on the glass doors, and hair in the bathtub raised some eyebrows. The indoor pool lacked a locking door. Ants were an unexpected roommate situation. Found them crawling in the bed and on the dresser. Breakfast offerings below par as eggs and biscuits were served cold, requiring a trip to the microwave.

It was quiet and clean. The beds were very comfortable. I had read this in the reviews and that is why I chose the Park Grove Inn. I was very pleasantly surprised that the beds were as comfortable as people had reported. I would definitely stay again.
The ice machine was slow with the ice. Friday the room was not cleaned until after 3:00 p.m. The hallways smelled a little musty.
